eStrataHub Referral

If the Property Management company is registered with eStrataHub, you can order your documents through eStrataHub. You can use a property's Strata Plan Number and Lot Number (BC) or Corporation Number and Unit Number (Alberta) to locate the Property Management company.

If the Property Management company is not participating in eStrataHub, then you will have to contact them directly for your documents.  If you work with a Property Management company that is not yet a part of eStrataHub, you can use the referral button to refer them to us.  We will then contact them to see if they would like to participate in eStrataHub.
