View Order History

The History link lets you view all of the events that an order has gone through.

1. Click the History tab.
2. The Order History screen shows who initiated each event, the nature of each event, and when each event took place. In the example below, you can see when the order was placed and accepted, when a message was sent, and when an undertaking was requested, provided, and accepted.
