What are Standard Delivery Times?

The Strata Property Act dictates the standard delivery time for documents. The standard delivery time for the following documents is 7 Business Days:

• Form B
• Bylaws
• Rules
• Depreciation Report (if ordered along with a Form B)

The Form F is within 5 Business Days.

Note that the Strata Property Act 59(4) requires certain documents (if available) be attached to the Form B Information Certificate. 

The standard delivery time for all other documents is two weeks excluding weekends and holidays.

If the delivery of documents is requested earlier than the standard delivery times (considered a Rush Order) then Priority Fees may apply, as determined by the Property Management company.
