When a customer chooses the documents they want to order and selects their desired delivery date, eStrataHub calculates the number of business days you have from receipt of the order to delivery and matches it to the "Priority Fee" that you have set in your "Account" section.

An order is considered received the day it is submitted, if it is submitted during a business day (not a Saturday, Sunday or Stat Holiday) and before your cutoff time.

Orders submitted on non-business days (weekends and statutory holidays) are considered received on the next business day available.

Note: When the Form B and Form F are the only documents ordered, the requirement to supply these certificates is calculated in calendar days.  Priority fees of 7 days or more will not apply.
