The "Strata Plan Number" is the field that eStrataHub uses to match an order to a Property Management company. If a particular strata plan number is not entered correctly in the Property Management companies property listing, then orders for that property will not arrive.

eStrataHub follows the Land Title and Survey Authority convention that every strata plan number have a three-letter prefix. Those (generally older) properties without letters must have prefixes added. The prefix to use depends on when the property was corrected or added as follows:

Example:

• In Vancouver, Strata Plan VR123 should be entered as VAS123
• In Victoria, Strata Plan 555 should be entered as VIS555

Note: 
Plans filed using the new Land Title Digital Survey Plan service will have a prefix of EPS. The system also accommodates four-character/five-number Federal and First Nations plan numbers.
