Corporate Entity Profile Reports - Members

1. Log in on the Members Portal found at www.oncorp.com

2. Select Electronic Due Diligence under the Due Diligence Tab

3. From the Jurisdiction drop down menu, select Ontario:

4. From here, please input your corporations name and click search. Note* to refine results ensure
you select the Corporations Radio button as highlighted below:

5. Once you find your selected corporation from the menu, click select and it will add it to your
selections. When the select button changes to Added the corporation has been confirmed:

6. You will find your corporation under the Your Selections box. Please proceed to click next:

7. On this page you will find a multitude of reports to choose from. Entity Profile will be the first
option available, select the box and proceed to the bottom of the page to go next:

8. On the next page you will find your selections details, including turnaround and price. Once you
have confirmed that you would like to proceed click on Order Reports in the bottom corner:

9. To view your reports, select the Reports tab on the left-hand side of Due Diligence. This will
enable you to view all reports. From there you may open the report you would like by clicking
the report hyperlink. Note* if the report is not opening it may be due to a pop-up blocker on
your browser. Ensure that is disabled to ensure you can view your reports:
