Sometimes, we are unable to remove a party as a beneficiary, trustee, etc. in Tab B. When you receive an error that the parties cannot be deleted or changed, it is possible to circumvent this error by changing the parties in the Document Production tab instead.

First, open the Document Production tab and then double click on the document to be amended (the appropriate will, power of attorney, etc.). Then double click the clause requiring a party to be amended (for example, Appointment of Executor in a will document).  A window will open with a magnifying glass appearing beside the party field(s). You may choose a party or amend the party using the magnifying glass:

Save your changes and produce your document.
