The error generally will say "Invalid date range. Enter a value using 'dd/mm/yyyy' as the format."
This error occurs when the factory date and time settings on your pc do not match the format that Willbuilder expects to see. To correct this on your pc, please close out of Willbuilder and complete the following steps:
- Right click on the date/time appearing on the task bar (at the far right side of your monitor). Choose Adjust date/time. (a pop-up window may appear instead, in this case, choose date and time settings).
- Click on the option 'Change date and time'. If a settings window opens, choose 'change calendar settings'.
- Under date formats, you will need to adjust both the short date and the long date. The short date should read 'M/d/yyyy' and the long date should read 'dddd, dd MMMM, yyyy' as shown below. Then click OK to update the information. When you log back into Willbuilder the error should no longer appear.
