How to Save to Library

Through an existing Company in ecorp 

If you have an existing company in ecorp that you would like to use the share structure of: 

1. Open company 
2. Go to Finance 
3. Select Share Structure 
4. Under Save to Share Structure Library enter a unique name for the share structure 
5. Select Save to Library 

Through new file entry 

If you do not have an existing file with the share structure you are wanting to use, the easiest way to save a share structure to your library is to enter a file and save the share structure when doing data entry. 

1. Go to Create a File 
2. Select BC Corporation, or Canada Corporation, depending on the type of file the share structure is for 
3. Select New file 
4. Select Next 
5. Enter fake data into required fields until you get to the Share Structure section 
6. Enter each class of the share structure as required 
7. Once all classes are entered, enter the unique share structure name into the Save Share Structure to Library 
8. Select Save to Library 

If just used this file for saving the share structure and do not need to keep it, you are able to remove the structure: 

1. Go to Create a File 
2. Under Files in Progress 
3. Select the red X next to the file name
