How to Change Annual Maintenance Dates 

1. Open the company in ecorp  
2. Go to Modifications 
3. Under things to do select Corporate Information 
4. Select Edit Corporate Information 
5. Under things to do select Update Annual Reference Date
   a. Change the date to the next annual reference date (the next filing that is due)
   b. Select Submit 

      6. On the main screen change:

a. Date of last filed Annual Report to reflect the correct date
b. Date of last Annual Resolutions: to reflect the correct date 

      7. Once completed select Edit
