- In the File Summary Page
- Scroll Down and Click on Registered Office under the Addresses Table
- Select Edit, under Things to Do
- Enter effective date and change the information as required
- Select Edit
Change Records Office
- In the File Summary Page
- Scroll Down and Click on Records Office under the Addresses Table
- Select Edit, under Things to Do
- Enter effective date and change the information as required
- Select Edit
Print Documents and E-File Change
- File Summary Page → Pending Matters → Select One Pending Change
- Select Edit, under Things to Do
- Select required documents to generate
- Get documents approved by appropriate parties
- E-File Form 2 - Notice of Change of Address
- To do this:
- From Pending Matters, select one of the pending changes to registered or records office
- From Under Things to Do select E-file Change of Address
- To do this:
- Answer questions on the first e-filing page, then select Submit
- Review the draft filing
- Select that you approve and e-file the form, else cancel to make corrections
- Mark both Pending Changes Complete in ecorp
