1. In the File Summary Page
2. Scroll Down and Click on Registered Office under the Addresses Table
3. Select Edit, under Things to Do
4. Enter effective date and change the information as required
5. Select Edit

Change Records Office

6. In the File Summary Page
7. Scroll Down and Click on Records Office under the Addresses Table
8. Select Edit, under Things to Do
9. Enter effective date and change the information as required
10. Select Edit

Print Documents and E-File Change

11. File Summary Page → Pending Matters → Select One Pending Change
12. Select Edit, under Things to Do
13. Select required documents to generate
14. Get documents approved by appropriate parties
15. E-File Form 2 - Notice of Change of Address
    1. To do this:
       1. From Pending Matters, select one of the pending changes to registered or records office
       2. From Under Things to Do select E-file Change of Address

• Answer questions on the first e-filing page, then select Submit

1. Review the draft filing
2. Select that you approve and e-file the form, else cancel to make corrections
