Something to note:
Due to restrictions from the Law Society of BC, the same login cannot initiate and authorize a Funds Transfer. The same person can, but not the same login.
If you are a Sole Practitioner, please contact Atsource for assistance in setting your account up with a secondary login, to allow you to both Initiate and Authorize Funds Transfer.
This process will require you to login, Initiate the Transfer, logout, login via a different login, and then Authorize the Transfer.
Only a Security Level 200 User/Privileged User can accomplish these tasks. Your permissions will also have to be set properly to allow Initiation/Authorization. These instructions can be found in the attached document.
