Windows 10, latest Office 365
Trying to open Word documents, getting "Unable to connect DDE conversation" and/or "Ambiguous name detected: TmpDDE"
Unfortunately, all support tells us is that it's a Word/Office issue. Well, Word works in other circumstances, just not in Conveyancer. If Conveyancer requires something special to be set up within Word, can't they tell us what it is?
We have removed and reinstalled Office, but it hasn't helped, and support merely insists that it's "a Word problem, not Conveyancer".
Has anyone else run into anything like this? Maybe I need to remove Conveyancer and Office and reinstall them? If so, maybe I need to install one before the other?
Really getting tired of supporting these programs - they look really old, and I can't help but wonder if they have lost interest in keeping them up to date with Microsoft's ever-changing products.
