The Out of Office feature allows you to enter dates (full days only) that your office will not be available to receive or fulfill orders (other than weekends and Stat holidays). In the ordering process when a requestor selects one of the Out of Office dates eStrataHub will present the out of office message to the requestor and that you may not be able to deliver on the date selected. Selecting a different delivery date is recommended and they are reminded that choosing an earlier delivery date may result in priority fees.
Note: This does NOT stop orders from being placed. This feature acts as a notice only.
To add an out of office date, follow the instructions below:
Adding A New Date:
- Select Add Date by clicking Add Date
- Select The Out of Office Date from the calendar. Enter the Reason for Closuree. Christmas Day and click Add.
It will now appear in your out of office list. Repeat for each individual day your office is closed.
To Edit or Delete the Out of Office entry, click on the line entry and select Edit or Delete. Be sure to delete the Out of Office dates have passed or add the next years closures if you know which days they will be.
