If the customer has not yet completed payment on the order and you want to give them a discount, you can do so by using the Update Statement button on your "Order Details" page. If the customer has completed payment on the order you cannot adjust the fees at that point. You would have to solve the dispute between you and the customer directly with the customer as you currently resolve similar issues. eStrataHub does not do any refunds.
