How does eStrataHub calculate the fees that I will receive for an order?

For each order, the eStrataHub system calculates your fees exactly as you would: Document Fees + Priority Fee + Per Page Fees – Any Discount

Document Fees: are the Form B and F fees that you are permitted to charge under the Strata Property Act of BC. As currently stated in the Strata Property Act of BC, the price of a Form B is $35 and the Form F is $15.

Priority Fees: are the additional amount that you charge for rush orders. These are in addition to the Form Fees and Per Page Fees defined in the Strata Property Act of British Columbia.

Per Page Fees:  are the $.25 Per Page Fees that you are permitted to charge under the Strata Property Act of BC for any form of reproduction of the documents.

Discount: is an amount that you may deduct from an order if need be, before you send it to the customer.
