You can do either of the following:
- If the information you supplied on the rejected order was not correct you can place a new order with the correct information.
- Go to the "Messages" tab on the "Order Details" page of the order and send a message to the Property Management company.
- Contact the Property Management company directly. Their company name will be near the top of your "Order Details" page.
- Look for the Rejected Reason from the property management company in the Special Instructions section of the order.
