You can do any of the following:
- Use Messages to send a message to the customer. This is the best way to communicate to the customer as it keeps all communications in one spot within the eStrataHub order.
- Call using the telephone number of the Requestor found on the "Order Details" page.
- Email using the email address of the Requestor found on the "Order Details" page.
