Sometimes, a customer might forget to request a certain document in their order. For example: in a transfer, a customer might request Form B, but neglect to request Form F. Once you have accepted an order, the customer can no longer add to it. However, your customers can use eStrataHub's "Messages" feature to ask you to add any missing documents. Before you send an order to the customer, you can easily add the Form F (or any other) document. In the example below, a customer has asked you to add the missing Form F request to the order.
- On the "Order Assembly" screen, click Add New Requested Docs at the bottom of the screen.
- In the "Add Requested Document" window, open the list of Document Types and select the one you want.
Click Add Requested Document To Order.
The Form F document type is now listed on your "Order Assembly" screen, and you can go ahead and Add the form to the order as you normally would.
- Requested documents that are added by the Property Management company will have a Remove New Requested Doc button that will allow them to remove that new requested doc from the order.
