The most likely cause of the problem is that a macro used in Document Production (named dps_word) has not loaded properly. A first step would be to close Word and Fast Company. Then re-open Fast Company first and then re-open Word. If in document production “Open All” still does not reveal any produced documents, please call Do Process customer support for assistance.
