Once a record is validated, the Name of the Deceased field and the Date of Death field are locked.
In order to amend either field please follow the steps below:
- From within Tab A, click on the red circle icon beside the validate box
- Enter the revised data
- Click OK and select Yes
- Click on the Send Revalidation request by email button.
- The email will populate with all necessary information - please do not remove any information from what populates or the revalidation cannot be completed.
- Once the information is received, you will receive the activation code in response to your email. To apply the activation code, simply follow steps 1 through 3 and enter the activation code into the appropriate box.
