If you complete an order days before the customer's requested delivery date, you have two options. You can wait until the requested date to deliver the order, or you can use eStrataHub's Scheduler. The Scheduler will deliver the order around 6:00 - 6:30 a.m. on the requested delivery date.
Placing an order into the eStrataHub Scheduler is done on the "Payment Summary" screen. When you click Preview & Submit on the Order Assembly screen, the "Payment Summary" window will pop up. You can either deliver the order immediately, or schedule the delivery for a later date.
- In the "Payment Summary" window, tick the "Schedule" box.

In the expanded scheduling section, the customer's requested delivery date appears in a date box. You can leave the date as it is, or you can adjust it by clicking the calendar icon and choosing a new date. Note that if you change the date, it must be the next business day or later.

When you complete the Payment Summary window, click the Schedule Order button to place the order into the Scheduler.
Important:
When you place an order into the Scheduler, its status changes to Scheduled. Note that customers will continue to see a scheduled order's status as In Progress.
Cancel or Change a Scheduled Delivery
If you need to cancel or change an order's scheduled delivery date, open the order in the Order Details screen and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Orders that are scheduled but not yet delivered will have Cancel Scheduled Delivery and Update Scheduled Delivery buttons.
- Click Cancel Scheduled Delivery if you want to remove the order from the Scheduler. This will mean that you have to deliver the order manually (as you would if it wasn't scheduled).

Click Update Scheduled Delivery if you want to change the delivery date.
Daily Scheduler Emails
Every business day, the eStrataHub Scheduler will send you an email update on your scheduled orders.
- The first table shows all orders delivered by the Scheduler on the current day.
- The second table shows all orders which are due to be delivered on the current day, but were not placed into the Scheduler. These orders will have to be delivered manually (as you would if it wasn't scheduled).
