eStrataHub manages the process of requesting and providing an undertaking. When the Property Management company requests an undertaking from you, you will receive a notification in your email informing you of the request. Then simply login and access the order and within the Undertaking Page you will be able to download the PDF to be signed and reattach it to send it back to the property manager in the same Undertaking section.
