When the Property Management company accepts your order, you will receive an email acknowledging acceptance. If you requested insurance and moving fee information, depending on the Property Management companies account set up, that information may show up on the order accepted email or it will show up on the cover sheet of the documents when they are delivered.
Likewise, if the Property Management company rejects your order, you will receive an email notification. To view the reason for the rejection, open the order details page for that particular order in eStrataHub.
The Order Status will show Rejected and the Rejected Reason will show why the Property Management company rejected your order.
If your order is rejected, no fee will be charged. Charges are applied only when you click the Complete Payment butto
